Marc Randazza, Celebrity First Amendment Attorney, has his Panties in a Wad over Crystal Cox Blogger (Not Porn Star) rejecting him as her Attorney, and Marc Randazza, is fighting back by conspiring with the Plaintiff in Obsidian V. Cox to set up Blogger Crystal Cox.

Marc Randazza has not done his homework on Obsidian Finance Group, or Kevin Padrick to determine if there a reason to investigate, or to believe that indeed Blogger Crystal Cox does have those Journalistic Standards that Marc Randazza spoke of in their first conversation.

See, Marc Randazza went to school to be a journalist, and does not seem to be interested in journalistic adventures, such as reading, or Marc Randazza would easily see that Kevin Padrick and Obsidian Finance Group are in some major conflicts of interest; massive lobbying and solar tax credits issue, People in Lake County Oregon are very upset at their property rights being run over by Obsidian Finance Group, HomeStreet bank out of Washington filed an Objection to the Fees of Kevin Padrick and Obsidian Finance Group, There is history of questionable behavior over the Longview Fibre Deal and Aloha Lumber, and the Oregon Trail Issues.

Marc Randazza is so upset that Blogger Crystal Cox bought Marc Randazza .com, that Marc Randazza cannot see the forest for the trees. And in this Marc Randazza is making ALL Bloggers the Collateral Damage.

Marc Randazza’s ego is leading him around. Oh, and about the Greater Good, Marc Randazza told Crystal Cox he was impressed with her, me, for standing up for and even being willing to not file an appeal for the Greater Good if that’s what he took. Marc Randazza told blogger Crystal Cox that it was very encouraging to hear that she would choose, to not appeal if that was best for lobby efforts and the good of all Bloggers and Citizen Journalists. And yet Marc Randazza, in a pissing match with Blogger Crystal Cox is now working against the First Amendment rights of all by working with the Plaintiff’s Camp in Obsidian V. Cox, in order to set up Blogger Crystal Cox, and to throw a fit over a Domain name that he was not smart enough to buy, Marc Randazza .com .

Marc Randazza, does not seem to care who is guilty of what. All Marc Randazza can seem to see is red, because Blogger Crystal Cox rejected him for being a controlling ass and making deals behind her back and telling the WORLD that Marc Randazza represented Crystal Cox Blogger, when clearly he did not.

So in his rage, Marc Randazza has staged a Subpoena, even though he contacted the Plaintiff and offered himself up to teach Blogger Crystal Cox a Lesson. See, Marc Randazza is working with David Aman of Tonkon Torp in attempting to silence blogger Crystal Cox who is continuing to expose; Obsidian Finance Group, Tonkon Torp, PacifiCorp, Pacific Power, Obsidian Renewables, Pamela Griffith of the Department of Justice, Judge Randall Dunn, Perkins Coie Law Firm and Steven Hedberg, Sussman Shank Law Firm and Tom Stilley and Susan Ford, Miller Nash Law Firm, US Bankruptcy Code Violations in the Summit Bankruptcy, and events surrounding the Summit Accomodators Bankruptcy based out of Bend Oregon.

Ok So What Happened? How did I, Crystal Cox Blogger begin this pissing match with Marc Randazza, Porn Star Attorney Extraordinaire?

See, after my 2.5 Million Dollar Set Up to “Attempt” to Hide the Secrets of Obsidian Finance Group, Tonkon Torp and other Big Oregon Law Firms and Corporations, well, one of my Bloggers contacted Marc Randazza and I agreed to a 3 way conversation to interview Marc Randazza, and he had agreed with my Blogger to talk with me in the possibility of taking my case.

During this call Marc Randazza said that if he took the case he would need money for a certain amount of costs and that it would be an expensive case to file appeal. He said, in a case like this he would normally charge at least $75,000. However, he was considering Pro Bono due to the Media attention I was getting, but even in that would need cost for copies and to be in a hotel in California for the appeal, if he or someone he recommended were to take the case.

Marc Randazza gave many signs during this call that Marc Randazza would most likely not represent me.

During this call Marc Randazza said he was concerned of the “record” and had to take a look at it before deciding. I said that was a responsible thing to do, he said he would look at my documents and get back to me, he did not get back to me, yet told others he represented me, more on that in a bit.

Marc Randazza told me on this call that I had “made a mess,” which I found very slamming as what I do is for the Greater Good and what I was exposing was and is on the right side of the law and certainly on the right side of the Moral Compass. Marc Randazza saying this, let me know that he had no idea that what I did was a ‘calling,’ it was for massive change and a good thing to bring attention to this issue. Marc Randazza treated me as if I had made a “mess” and with complete disrespect. When in fact, I am creating “Media” and “Legal” attention to something that is VERY important for the Greater Good of ALL.

Marc Randazza said that he was concerned with my “Journalistic Standards”, SHOCKING isn't it, a Porn King Attorney representing folks that "Society" judges and Marc Randazza is judging and slamming my “Journalistic Standards”? Anyway this disrespectful comment led me to believe that Marc Randazza seemed to have been eating up the bad information about me, this was another sign to me that Marc Randazza was not going to represent me.

I am an Investigative Blogger. And a Very Good ONE. For Over 3 years, I have read contracts, insider emails, legal briefs, documents, LLC Agreements, Legal Filings and I listened to Audio’s of Court Sessions, watched videos of depositions and insider meetings and I interviewed, and yes took notes from the side of the Debtors, Investors, Creditors and more in the Summit Bankruptcy, deeper than any other news outlet. I have covered this story in depth and linked to lots of proof and documentation. The Media Bloggers Association should pay close attention, as what I was doing was exposing documents, and linking to those documents, and this is what most all bloggers do. The fact that I curse, Capitalize in Odd Places and have my own "Independent Style", well that make me legally "media" as well, and it does not change the Facts. I do what ALL good Investigative Bloggers, Alternative News and Citizen Journalists Do.

Big Media wants to shut me so they lie about me, and for some reason Marc Randazza ate up what Big Media said about me, even though it was NOT True. Marc Randazza did not care about my side. Marc Randazza simply ran me over with his personal opinions and agenda.

Marc Randazza told me that he used to work for Big Media but now he works for bloggers and porn stars, because Marc Randazza claimed that Big Media had the agenda of creating a Monopoly so they make more money. Yet NOW Marc Randazza is working with the Plaintiff in Obsidian V. Cox.

Marc Randazza told me that he would have to talk to his existing clients, such as The Media Association of Bloggers, to see if there was a conflict before deciding to represent me or not. Marc Randazza claimed he would get back to me on this. Instead, Marc Randazza contacted the Plaintiff’s side and tried to cut a deal WITHOUT my consent, without “getting back to me” and without discussing if he represented me, wanted to represent me or if there was a Conflict. Meanwhile Marc Randazza, of The Media Bloggers Association (MBA) , told lots of people in the “business” that he represented Blogger Crystal Cox, yet that was NOT True. I had agreed to work with another Lawyer and this created a situation that caused me stress, and almost lost me the Lawyer I really wanted.

Did Marc Randazza have to “discuss” a conflict with the Media Bloggers Association (MBA) in any way BEFORE Marc Randazza called the Plaintiff’s side and tried to work out a deal, as if he represented me? I was told at that time by other members of the First Amendment Bar that Marc Randazza was talking with the Plaintiff’s side and trying to work out some arrangement regarding money, or a change to case law. I was Pro Se for a year and I wrote over 50 Court Filed Documents myself. I was and AM in the KNOW on my Case and Marc Randazza simply left me out, as if I had no brain, no rights and with total disrespect for me, Blogger Crystal Cox.

Marc Randazza simply and certainly unethically took it upon himself to contact the Plaintiff’s side of Obsidian V. Cox, without my knowledge and without getting back to me on if he wanted to work with me or not, Marc Randazza simply left me hanging with time running out and was working behind my back on a deal. Is this Legal? Well it is certainly NOT Ethical and certainly shows no respect for bloggers nor the First Amendment Rights that Marc Randazza, Allegedly wants to protect.

Also on that first phone call Marc Randazza said he thought it was funny that the Plaintiff thinks they can get $2.5 Million out of me, and now Marc Randazza has offered himself up to help them get any assets they think I have and ESPECIALLY that $10 Domain Name, Marc Randazza .com, that dumb shit Marc Randazza NEVER Registered for himself. Marc Randazza is helping the Plaintiff to take Domain Names, which is my only way to make a living, and all in the name of “Constitutional Rights” What? This makes no sense and is NOT True.

Marc Randazza is Vindictive, plain and simply. He was not chosen in the BIGGEST case that the blogsphere has EVER seen regarding one blogger, and a case that will change laws and is already a world wide phenomena and that blogger, me, had the nerve to buy Marc Randazza .com and to even suggest that Marc Randazza hire her to do PR for him. Marc Randazza is so mad that Marc Randazza is making ALL Bloggers the Collateral Damage of Marc Randazza’s EGO.

In one of Marc Randazza’s last communications to me he said “do you really want to make an enemy of me?” Marc Randazza thinks that a blogger, a woman being smarter than him is making him an enemy.

So Marc Randazza is on a mission to teach Blogger Crystal Cox a lesson and be “Deposed” to rant about me to the Plaintiff to attempt to further quash my “Free Speech” and First Amendment Rights, and thereby affecting all BLOGGERS and Alternative Media Worldwide.

Marc Randazza told me that if I appeal it MAY create Bad Law and that maybe I should consider NOT appealing so that my case can be used to Lobby for others in changing laws. I was in agreement, and told Marc Randazza that I simply wanted advice from those surrounding the First Amendment Rights Issue and the First Amendment Bar, so that I could do what was best for all Bloggers, Citizens Journalists and the First Amendment Rights of All. Marc Randazza said he was very glad to hear that, and it made him want to work with me even more.

Marc Randazza said, if I take your case then my Ethical Duty is to you, yet Marc Randazza acted as if he had taken my case, without talking to me about it, and was already negotiating with the Plaintiff’s side of Obsidian Finance Group Vs. Blogger Crystal Cox.

To me, Crystal Cox, this says that Marc Randazza was already acting as my attorney, and did have an Ethical Duty to me to not disclose my stance, emails, or private conversations with him. Yet Marc Randazza contacted the “Other” side to Negotiate, and that was in December. Now Marc Randazza is using information I gave him in a Deposition that Marc Randazza is giving the "Plaintiff" to attempt to put me in my place and to take a $10 Domain Name that Marc Randazza was not smart enough to buy, and this, in my opinion, is an Ethical Breach, if not Plain Ol’ Illegal.

Last December I found out that Marc Randazza was Negotiating with the Plaintiff’s Side OF MY LEGAL CASE without my PERMISSION. I was told this by other members of the First Amendment Bar that wanted to represent me. They had heard that Marc Randazza represented me and even spoke with Marc Randazza, and he had flat out claimed to be representing me, yet Marc Randazza had not told me he was even still considering representing me, Blogger Crystal Cox. I was told by other Attorneys that I needed to let Marc Randazza know that he did not represent me, because Marc Randazza was telling everybody that he did represent Blogger Crystal Cox on Appeal of Obsidian V. Cox (I have Emails and more to Prove this).

Marc Randazza has so little respect for potential clients that Marc Randazza simply does as

Marc Randazza pleases without his client’s or potential client’s knowledge.

Can I Sue Marc Randazza for trying to make a deal, acting as if he was my attorney without my consent? I certainly can file Bar Complaints in NV, CA, MA, FL, and AZ to Start.

Marc Randazza is now part of a Witch Hunt to discredit blogger Crystal Cox, in effort to protect Big Corporations such as Obsidian Finance Group, Pacific Power, Government Oversight people such as Judge Randall Dunn and Pamela Griffith of the Department of Justice and Law Firms such as Tonkon Torp, Sussman Shank and Perkins Coie.

Marc Randazza is sacrificing the Free Speech rights of ALL in Marc Randazza’s own personal Ego trip over a blogger that bought Marc Randazza .com. Marc Randazza is NOT a man for the rights of Free Speech. Marc Randazza is a man for the personal EGO Trip of Marc Randazza.

So how is Marc Randazza working with the “Bad Guys” and on the Opposite Side of Free Speech?

Marc Randazza is helping the Plaintiff to set me up. Marc Randazza is pretending to be under subpoena and pretending to have no choice, but the truth is that Marc Randazza called the Plaintiff, and Marc Randazza initiated dealing with them against me because his EGO is bent that I did not CHOOSE him and I bought Marc Randazza .com. Marc Randazza is even flying to Portland to be deposed at the Tonkon Torp Law Firm. Gee I wonder whose dime this is on? And all this because they want to Silence a Blogger Exposing Corruption and to spite a Pro Se Defendant who went with a different lawyer and bought the whiny baby’s name as a dotcom.

Marc Randazza is on an Ego Trip and it affects all Bloggers, yet Marc Randazza acts as if he works for the best interest of Bloggers and for the best interest of the Media Bloggers Association (MBA) .

Marc Randazza does not work for the best interest of Bloggers, nor of the Best interest of the First Amendmant. Marc Randazza is on an Ego trip for Marc Randazza and so in creating a war over a domain name that he was too dumb to buy and in being pissed off because I told him I did not want him to represent me, well now Marc Randazza is working directly against the Free Speech and First Amendment Rights of All Bloggers.

So why are there not more bloggers EXPOSING Marc Randazza ? Well I guess, Marc Randazza really was for blogger’s rights, until he got all BENT over Blogger Crystal Cox and decided to be part of taking down the Free Speech Rights for ALL Bloggers.

Thing is, no matter what you Pricks set me up for, the TRUTH remains to be the TRUTH, the Criminal in all this REMAINS to be the Criminal, Kevin Padrick remains to be suspect of White Collar Crimes, and all those involved in the Summit Bankruptcy Scandal will remain to have been involved, and your foul play, ethics violations and double standards will one day bite you in the ASS. Surely the Members of Congress Below know that the predecessors of Lightsquared, this same "GPS Issure" got the proverbial green light from the FCC in 2002, 2003, 2005 and 2010 with an Order from the FCC each time re-affirming the Go Ahead for Lightsquared ? World Intellectual Property Organization, WIPO - in my Alleged OPINION, is helping Proskauer Rose, a Major international law firm, to cover up a decade old technology theft worth 13 Trillion Dollars, while at the same time to get Millons of Dollars worth of search engine placement in one corrupt, conflicted WIPO Decision.

The World Intellectual Property Organization, WIPO is supposed to settle domain name disputes Fairly and Neutrally, but really it looks like World Intellectual Property Organization, WIPO is an easy way to not have to bribe a judge, manipulate a State Bar, or even go thru the Legal System in any way. Instead WIPO enables those with influence and money, such as Proskauer Rose Law Firm to simply stop the leak of information on what their lawyers are really up to.

WIPO seems to be a way to avoid the law, and previous cases that protect the domain name owner and to simply remove, among others, 3 amazingly strong domain names from the Search Engines that are in the top 10 search for "Proskauer Rose".

Looks to me like Proskauer Rose Law Firm is using WIPO to get out of a 13 Trillion Dollar Liability, a Federal RICO Lawsuit, an International Patent Scandal, a DOJ Complaint, an FBI Investigation, and an Indictment.. while at the same time handing over to Proskauer Rose Law Firm Million of Dollars worth of my work, top search engine placement forever for free and violating my constitutional rights.

Ok so how was this Conflict Identified?

what Was the Conflict? why have I no right to know?
Recently Identified My Ass, Dawn Osborne is no longer willing to Be named in my Lawsuit, and Dawn Osborne did not realize I would DEMAND a Conflict of Interest. Dawn Osborne has secrets and was going to favor Proskauer Rose, til she saw how hot all this was getting and did not want to affect her financial status, way of life or professional career.

I, Crystal L. Cox, AGAIN request a Detailed, in Writing Signed statement as to what Conflict of Interest that Dawn Osborne has with Proskauer Rose that Dawn Osborne has to recuse herself from the case. The Recusal reason is major in my legal action in this issue, for if Proskauer Rose Picked Dawn Osborne, than obviously Proskauer Rose was trying to pull in a favor to steal my domain names. I have no sure way to know that Dawn Osborne is not influencing others on the panel. I have Firmly requested that the NEW panelists sign a Conflict of Interest Form, so far Caitlin Tubergen, Case Manager - WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center refuses me this right saying that it is not Standard of Practice.

If Proskauer Rose did PICK Dawn Osborne to favor Proskauer Rose Law Firm, then this also should be noted, proved and used in SEC Complaints, a Federal RICO Lawsuit and other Legal Action against Proskauer Rose that includes these domain names in Federal Complaints, Legal Briefs and other Documents of Evidence.

This decision, the panelists, the back story, every detail will play out for years. Proskauer Rose Has Known about my blogs exposing Proskauer Rose Corruption for over 1.5 years and now Proskauer Rose is somehow trying to convince WIPO that they should own my domain names, even though they have known about them for so long and did not say a word.

And what seems to be the Big Deal at this point in time for Proskauer Rose? Well the house of cards is falling on the corruption at Proskauer Rose Law Firm, and they seem to think that taking my domain names will "scare" "harass" me into to stopping writing on Proskauer Rose. See I have had 2 Domain names in the top ten for the search term Proskauer Rose for a year now and they have done all they know how to do in order to remove me from the search engines and so now they will just take my domain names and have instant, free search engine placement for life. All the while Proskauer Rose knowing that I, personally did the work to make this happen.

I write on many of Proskauer Rose's corruption schemes and yet for some reason the big deal seems to be to try and convince WIPO, of all agencies that Proskauer Rose is innocent in the iViewit Stolen Patent case. Now why is Proskauer Rose trying to convince a Domain Name Arbitration Company that they are innocent in a 13 TRILLION dollar technology theft? There is the Perjured Deposition of Proskauer Rose Attorney Kenneth Rubenstein, there is documentation on top of documentation proving the "conspiracy" of stealing this technology really did happen and really did involve Proskauer Rose, yet in a FIGHT for a domain name, Proskauer Rose seems to be desperately seeking some sort of decision on a 13 Trillion Dollar Technology theft which is one story I write on yes, however I am not paid by iViewit in any way, and well I write on hundreds of stories surrounding not only the iViewit Technology Theft, but corruption all across the nation, and especially corrupt attorneys, corruption in media and tech companies and bankruptcy courts.

So Proskauer Rose sends WIPO and me a copy of court documents to do with the iViewit case, and well how is this my concern? I find the story, I report on it and Proskauer Rose not only wants my domain names but seems to want justice over iViewit and well is fighting in the wrong court really. Why not "go after" those involved in iViewit and writing the stories, the legal documents instead of the "reporter" "investigator" "blogger" who is writing on those topics.

Proskauer Rose is Guilty, and the Wall of Corruption will soon come tumbling down for Proskauer Rose and no matter who Proskauer Pays Off, "Kills Off", Harasses, Defames.... or How many Proskauer Rose Domain Names that Proskauer Rose convinces WIPO to take on behalf of the best interest for Proskauer Rose, well Proskauer Rose will still, one day soon pay for the 13 Trillion Dollar Technology theft they were, without a doubt involved in.

"ICO North America , Inc. (" ICO" or the "Company ) is a next-generation mobile satellite service MSS") operator with a unique and valuable opportunity to offer ubiquitous satellite and terrestrial wireless services through the United States. The Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") has recently authorized MSS Operators to use MSS Spectrumterrestrially to provide integrated mobile satellit -terrestrial service offerings.

ICO is an advanced hybrid satellite-terrestrial system designed to provide voice, data and internet services with handsets similar to existing cellular phones. This system is expected to enable ICO to offer integrated satellite and terrestrial mobile services and is expected to be operational in July 2007.

ICO's business model strategic service providers who can incorporate ICO's capabilities to offer integrated satellite and terrestrial services to their customers. ICO is actively engaged in pursuing numerous strategic partner alliances.

The Company s system will be supported by nationwide spectrum granted to it by the FCC

ICO has already been granted 8 MHz of Spectrum and could potentially be granted up to 20 MHz.

ICO is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICO Global Communications (Holdings) Limited (the "Parent" ) (OTC: ICOHA), which is which is authorized to operate a global Medium Earth Orbit ("MEO" satellite system.

Wireless industry pioneer Craig McCaw, together with other key shareholders, have invested over $1.2 billion in the Parent since May 2000.

This Investment continues Craig McCaw vision of extending wireless communications with satellite capabilities.

Market Opportunity

The wireless sector has been among the strongest growth sectors in the communications

industry. With continued subscriber growth and the rapid roll-out of bandwidth - intensive

applications , such growth is expected to continue in the U.S. Forecasts for the next fiver years

anticipate:

* 75% increase in total wireless voice minutes of use ("MOUs");

* 50 million new wireless subscribers; and

*A four-fold increase in data revenues driven by bandwidth-intensive wireless

applications such as pictures , video, MP3s, email and games.

As a result of this dramatic growth of wireless traffic, to maintain even the current capacity

levels , wireless service providers will likely need to vastly increase their network capacity.

Despite MSS operators' broad geographic coverage and emergency service capabilities , they

have struggled to gain mass-market penetration and profitability. This is due to the limited

urban service coverage and large handset size of legacy systems. In order to create a more

efficient use for satellite spectrum, encourage the broad deployment of advanced satellite

services and improve industry economics, in February 2003, the FCC adopted an order giving

MSS operators authority to integrate an ancillary terrestrial component ("A TC") into their

networks, and thus use their assigned MSS Spectrum for Terrestrial and Satellite use.

On February 25, 2005, the FCC reaffirmed its earlier decision in support of MSS operators.

In addition, in June 2005, the last wireless carriers withdrew legal challenges to the FCC's A TC

decisions. These events essentially eliminated any regulatory uncertainty with ATC policy and

ensured that consumers would benefit from a combined satellite and terrestrial service offering

The ICO MSS/ATC System

ICO intends to capitalize on the rapid growth of the wireless sector and the recent FCC

reaffirmation of ATC by terrestrial system (the "ICO MSS/ATC

System ) to offer ubiquitous satellite and terrestrial wireless service throughout the U.S. The

ICO MSS/ATC System is being designed to support a full set of mass-market service offerings

including voice, video, Internet, public safety and telematics.

The System is expected to support any existing and future wireless protocols including GSM, COMA, OFDM and TCPIIP.

In addition , the system is being designed to utilize handsets that are similar in size and

function to existing cellular phones.

ICO' integrated satellite-terrestrial service is expected to facilitate the delivery of

sophisticated voice and data services to urban and rural customers, and to address growing

national security and public safety service needs by providing a redundant service offering to

existing terrestrial networks.

The Company's geostationary satellite application for U.S. coverage was approved in May 2005. In anticipation of this approval , on January 10th 2005 , the Company entered into a contract with Space Systems/Loral, Inc. ("SS/L") for construction of the GEO Satelliteand is currently in discussions with vendors regarding the build-out of the other components of the system.

SS/L completed the satellite critical design review in May 2005 and is currently on

schedule to meet future FCC milestones. In addition, SS/L has begun the physical

construction of the GEO Satellite with the entire system expected to be operational by the

FCC' s July 17, 2007 deadline.

The Company may form strategic partnerships with terrestrial carriers who will leverage their existing customer bases and assets to roll-out mass market wireless services.

ICO' s system is being designed to utilize at least the 8 MHz of nationwide spectrum already

granted to it by the FCC in the 2 GHz band , representing 2.4 billion MHz POPs.

In addition, on June 29, 2005, the FCC issued a public notice of its intent to grant an additional 5.33 MHz of 2 GHz spectrum to lCD, which the Company believes it is likely to receive in the next several months.

The FCC also issued a separate notice to distribute an additional 6.67 MHz of 2 GHz

spectrum to ICO. As a result, the Company s aggregate spectrum holding is expected to be

13.33 MHz and could be 20 MHz.

The Company believes that its system should be able to leverage the advantages to capitalize on the growing demand for wireless services:

** ICO MSS/ATC System designed to support full portfolio of
mass market wireless services

** Nationwide integrated satellite-terrestrial service enabling ubiquitous coverage

** Proximity to PCS Spectrum and flexible architecture facilitates integration with

terrestrial partner

Equity Sponsors

The Parent's significant equity sponsors include wireless pioneer Craig McCaw (through Eagle River Investments) and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice.

In 2000 , Eagle River led a $1. 2 billion investment to acquire the Parent and develop a global MEO System. This Investment continues Craig McCaw vision of extending wireless communications with satellite capabilities.

Craig McCaw is an active investor in wireless communications with current investments inNextel Communications and Clearwire Corporation (a leading U.S. based provider of wireless broadband services).

Clayton , Dubilier & Rice has made investments totaling over $5 billion to date and is one of the oldest and most respected private equity investment firms in the world.

ICO is seeking to raise $400 million in Convertible Senior Secured Notes to fund a portion of the costs to develop the ICO MSS/ATC System. These costs include the construction and launch of a GEO satellite and a related ground system.

The Company expects the notes to be secured on a first-priority basis by substantially all of the Company's assets with the exception of a carve-out for a working capital facility.

The Notes will be convertible at the holder's option into shares of common stock of the Company and under certain circumstances will be convertible at the holder s option into shares of common stock of the Parent.

Sources and Uses of Funds

The Company expects that the total funding needed to complete the MSS portion of the ICO

MSS/A TC System will be approximately $600 Million, excluding interest expense.

The system is expected to be completed in July 2007. In addition , construction of a ground spare satellite will be initiated upon execution of a strategic partnership for the terrestrial component.

This spare satellite is estimated to cost $175 to $225 million and is required to be available one year after the launch of ATC Services. The $400 Million (less fees and escrowed interest) of capital raised through this s cash requirements through the third quarter of 2006. "

XO Communications bankruptcy in the Summer of 2002 and Craig McCaw starts Clearwire in 2003 ( smoke and mirrors), Keep in Mind XO Communications filed Chapter 11 - What? and Still Billions Made Billions and Started New Companies to Make More Billions.

"In 1994, the McCaw brothers sold their company to AT&T for $11.5 billion. In the process, Craig McCaw himself became one of AT&T's largest Shareholders, but he refused to sit on the Board of Directors, allegedly because he dislikes long meetings.

Before Selling his company, McCaw personally took over one of its subsidiaries, Teledesic, with the intention of building a global network of 840 low-altitude satellites to provide Internet-likeTransmission of Digital Data to the most remote places of the Earth.

McCaw founded XO Communications to build his new telecom network, but by the end of 2001, the start-up found itself mired in $7 billion worth of debt. On June 17, 2002, XO filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection."

And somehow uses the Illusion of the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Courts to get out of Debt and yet buy Subsidiaries ( Smoke and Mirrors on Top of Smoke and Mirrors.) - then Changes the Name of the "Subsidiaries" Like XO Communications then uses this to creates Debt to buy other companies, then uses the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Courts as Smoke and Mirrors to create a Diversion while Craig McCaw - Creates, Takes Over, Gets in with another company like he is now with this Dish Network - Echostar Illusion ... Craig McCaw is ICO North America Inc. - Clearwire and DBSD.

" Time Warner Cable buys NaviSite for $230m

Cable and Internet service provider Time Warner Cable Inc. said Tuesday that it will buy NaviSite Inc. for roughly $230 million in a bid to offer more Web-based services to its business customers.

The deal values NaviSite at $5.50 per share, a 33 percent premium over its Tuesday closing price of $4.13.

NaviSite, based in Andover, hosts applications on remote servers, enabling businesses to get work done over the Internet, instead of bogging down local computers with comparable software programs.

The purchase allows Time Warner to offer more services to the businesses already subscribing to its Internet, phone and cable services. It also gives Time Warner access to NaviSite's 1,200-plus customers.

"Our commercial services business is a key growth driver for the company and one in which we continue to see great opportunity," said Glenn Britt, Time Warner Cable's chairman and chief executive officer.

The purchase comes a week after Verizon Communications Inc. said it would buyTerremark Worldwide Inc. for $1.4 billion with a similar plan of offering Web-based services to corporate customers.

Time Warner Cable said it expects the purchase to close in the second quarter of 2011 and that it expects the transaction to boost earnings per share. The company added that it does not expect the acquisition to have a substantial impact on the company's debt-to-assets ratio.

The company also said it expects NaviSite's net operating losses to translate to $40 million in tax savings following the close of the purchase. "

Original Owner and Inventor of key "backbone technologies" for video and imaging as
further described herein, am filing this Formal Complaint against Intel Corporation ( Intel ) with United States headquarters located at 2200 Mission College Blvd, Santa Clara, Ca,
95054-1459, and bring to your attention ongoing investigations involving multiple
federal offices around the country as well as International investigations pertinent in this
matter.

Intel is a primary wrongdoer as a named defendant in a presently Pending Trillion
Dollar international RICO Conspiracy Lawsuit involving the theft and fraud of my Intellectual Property rights as further set out herein.

In addition to liabilities claimed in this lawsuit, are separate direct primary liabilities and obligations from signed agreements including Non Disclosure’s, Strategic Partner Agreements and Licensing Agreements.

Further, on information and belief Intel corporate management including at least the
President, Paul S. Otellini and corporate counsel Bruce D. Sewell, and Stephen R.
Rodgers are also involved in an ongoing and undisclosed massive international Fraud
against the Intel shareholders and investors.

Upon information and belief, the frauds include but are not limited to the failure
to disclose both the lawsuit and the Intellectual Property Infringements in direct violation
of various SEC laws and rules including but not limited to FASB No. 5 requirements for
disclosing liabilities and more.

Merely one claim in this lawsuit involves the attempted Murder upon my family by an Iraqi style car bombing that blew up three vehicles in addition to mine during the early phases of the high stakes corporate theft and fraud of my Intellectual Property Rights.

Notably, federal Judge Shira Scheindlin referred to this as a case involving Murder that has also been marked as legally “related” by Scheindlin to an ongoing Federal Whistleblower Case

In summary, dating back to 1998-1999 at the time the inventions were discovered,

I had Signed Non Disclosure Agreements, Strategic Alliance Agreements and Licensing

Arrangements, including Agreements that were at the time in legal review for R3D

relating to the USE of my Proprietary Rights in inventions which were hailed as the "Holy

Grail" of the internet.

The technologies were deemed the “Holy Grail” by multiple experts under signed NDA’s as it permitted full screen full frame rate video previously thought impossible and zoom and pan imaging technologies which removed pixel distortion.

The stolen technologies are now commonly found on virtually all digital imaging and video hardware and software.

These Signed Agreements were amongst hundreds of signed agreements with many Fortune 1000 Companies.

After signing Agreements with Real 3D, Inc. ( R3D ), a company whose ownership was composed of Lockheed Martin ( 70% ), Intel ( 20% ) and Silicon Graphics Inc. ( 10% ), Intel later took over complete ownership of R3D of Orlando Florida.

In the subsequent months thereafter, a series of critical events occurred including

but not limited to the discovery of fraudulent patent applications and the discovery of

fraudulent corporations, the corporate frauds were discovered by Arthur Andersen during

an audit for the largest investor in the companies Crossbow Ventures of W. Palm Beach

Florida.

Nearly two-thirds of the Crossbow funds were secured through SBIC Loans from

the Small Business Administration making the SBA the largest investor in the

technologies and companies.

These backbone technologies which were stolen in 1998-1999 have since been

used throughout the United States and across the globe throughout the entire value chain

of content creation and distribution of video and images for both software and hardware

in the transmission of Digital Video and Imaging across ALL Spectrums, including, the

Internet, Television, DVD, HD DVD, Micro Processing Chips, as well as, a mass of

applications for Defense, Flight & Space Simulation, including on the Hubble Space

Telescope (providing a deeper view into time) and on virtually all Medical Imaging

Devices, and more.

In fact, members of R3D and Intel were some of the earliest champions of the value of the technologies claiming they were “Priceless” and were valued in the hundreds of billions to trillions of dollars over the life of the Intellectual Properties, having transformed the world of Digital Imaging and Video that now are considered part of daily life.

Intel was one of the earliest players in this scheme and has continued to not only

defraud myself and the other rightful owners of the technologies, including Ellen

DeGeneres and Alanis Morissette, but has simultaneously defrauded the Intel's

shareholders and investors for years by failing to report and disclose the liabilities with

full knowledge of their Binding Obligations regarding the technologies.

These frauds and failures by the Intel management team have continued despite multiple communications over several years that have gone directly to the President of Intel, Mr. Paul S. "Check out the Supreme Court of New York Appellate Division:

First Department court orders for investigation of the former President of the New York State Bar Association Steven C. Krane by clicking on his picture for the document. This is the price of gluttony and greed and why the almighty one has deemed such a sin.

Steven Krane, Proskauer Ross LLP who is the epitome of ethics has lost his way and acted in conflict of interest and abuse of public office with both the First Department Disciplinary Committee and the New York State Bar Association in representing his partners while maintaining conflicting public office positions in the New York Supreme Courts and NYSBA.

Although his investigation has been temporarily de-railed, it will one day be completed as a formal investigation. Yet, while Krane clerked for Chief Justice of the New York Court of Appeals, Judith Kaye, who by the by, is married to a Proskauer partner, Stephen Kaye, who is one of the accused Proskauer Rose partners in the Intellectual Property Department (formed after learning of the Iviewit inventions), it looks like such forces are blocking the court ordered investigation through yet another series of conflicts and abuses in the investigating department.

Where it appears that Proskauer Rose LLP has positioned deep within the ethics departments and courts to block due process and stave off the inevitable.

Yet, as you read on, even these further desperate attempts to block prosecution have uncovered further conflicts which have only caused more people to become ensnared in the web of crimes and further complaints to be filed.

Where those complaints in some instances have been refused to file and docket by members of the departments acting to block complaints against themselves inapposite of the laws of those states.

Can you imagine, complaints filed against public officers where such officers than deny the complaints with out formal procedure, sounds like the old communist regime where citizens where unable to complain about their elected officials.

It does not sound like the good old USofA where we have a constitutional right to complain against our elected officials when they are found guilty of abuse of public office and as citizens we have an obligation to our country to file such charges. Yet, the onion is peeling and desperate times call for desperate measures. "

Dear Mr. Ramos:

This letter is in response to your request on behalf of Hitachi, Ltd., Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd., Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Time Warner Inc., Toshiba Corporation, and Victor Company of Japan, Ltd. (collectively, the "Licensors"), for the issuance of a business review letter pursuant to the Department of Justice's Business Review Procedure, 28 C.F.R. § 50.6.

You have requested a statement of the Department of Justice's antitrust enforcement intentions with respect to a proposed arrangement pursuant to which Toshiba will assemble and offer a package license under the Licensors' patents that are "essential," as defined below, to manufacturing products in compliance with the DVD-ROM and DVD-Video formats and will distribute royalty income to the other Licensors.

I. The DVD-ROM and DVD-Video Formats

The Standard Specifications for the DVD-ROM and DVD-Video formats describe the physical and technical parameters for DVDs for read-only-memory and video applications, respectively, and "rules, conditions and mechanisms" for player units for the two formats.

(1) In either format, the DVD has more than seven times the storage capacity of a compact disc; a single-layer, single-sided DVD, for example, can store 4.7 billion bytes (4.38 GB) of information including audio, video, text, and data. Employing compression technology, a DVD-Video disc can hold a 135-minute feature film on a single side.

The Licensors, along with a number of other producers of consumer electronics hardware, software, or both,

(2) established the Standard Specifications.

(3) These Standard Specifications appear to implicate the intellectual property rights of numerous firms.

II. The Proposed Arrangement

A memorandum of understanding among the Licensors (the "MOU," attached as Exhibit 1 to your letter) sets forth the central terms of the proposed arrangement, pursuant to which Toshiba will aggregate the Licensors' "essential" patents and disseminate rights under them to makers of Digital Versatile Discs (DVDs), DVD players, and DVD decoders

(4) ("DVD Products"), and distribute royalty income to the other Licensors. The arrangement will be carried out through a group of other agreements, including:

(1) a license that Toshiba will receive from each other Licensor to enable Toshiba to license users of the Standard Specifications under that Licensor's "essential" patents (the "Authorization Agreement," attached as Exhibit 3); (2) Toshiba's sublicense to makers of DVD Products under the Licensors' patents (the "DVD Patent License," attached as Exhibit 2);

(3) an agreement among the Licensors concerning the retention and authority of experts to select and evaluate the patents to be licensed (the "Expert Agreement," attached as Exhibit 4); and

(4) the "Ground Rules for Royalty Allocation" (attached as Exhibit 7), which set forth the formula that will determine how Toshiba will distribute royalties among the Licensors.

(5) A. The patents to be licensed In the MOU, the Licensors commit to license each other and third parties to make, use and sell DVD Products under their present and future patents that are "essential" to doing so.

(6) The Licensors agree to two separate means of carrying out this obligation. First, they agree to grant Toshiba the right to sublicense third parties under their present and future "essential" patents for these purposes, and Toshiba agrees in turn to sublicense those patents, along with its own such patents, in the DVD Patent Licenses.

(7) Second, each Licensor agrees to "offer to license its essential DVD patents on a non-exclusive basis to interested third-party licensees pursuant to separate negotiations on fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory terms, whether or not said third-party licensees intend to make, use and sell DVD products that are in conformity with the Specifications."

(8) A Licensor's patent is "essential," and thus subject to the commitments in the MOU, if it is "necessarily infringed," or "there is no realistic alternative" to it, "in implementing the DVD Standard Specifications."

(9) Initially, each Licensor will identify its own "essential" patents in an attachment to its Authorization Agreement with Toshiba.

(10) Toshiba will then incorporate those patents in a list attached to the DVD Patent License.

(11) Shortly, however, an expert individual or panel, with "full and sufficient knowledge and skill in the relevant technology,"

(12) will complete a review the patents each Licensor has designated as "essential" in order to determine whether they satisfy the MOU criteria.

(13).MOU, ¶ 8; Expert Agreement, preamble.

(14) At that time, any patent initially designated by a Licensor for inclusion in the DVD Patent License that the expert determines is not "essential" will be excluded from subsequent DVD Patent Licenses, although current licensees will have the option to retain it in their existing licenses.

(15) The expert will repeat this comprehensive review of all the patents in the DVD Patent License portfolio every four years.

(16) In between the quadrennial reviews, the proposed program also provides a mechanism by which the expert may review individual patents whose essentiality comes into question. If a Licensor comes to a good faith conclusion that a licensed patent is not "essential," and provides a reasonable basis for that belief, the expert will re-examine the patent.

(17) If the expert concludes that the patent is not "essential," the patent will be excluded from the DVD Patent License.

(18) The agreement provides that the expert's determinations are "conclusive and non-appealable," although the expert must submit a report explaining any decision that a patent was not "essential."

(19) Compensation will be at the expert's "standard hourly rates."

(20) Each Licensor will bear the cost of the expert's review of its patents; the Licensors will share costs attributable to all of them, such as time spent reviewing the DVD Standard Specifications.

(21) The expert, although retained by the Licensors and selected by a majority vote among them, will not have an economic affiliation with any individual Licensor.

(22) A majority of the Licensors may remove the expert for failure or inability to perform the duties set forth in the Expert Agreement "in a professional, competent, reliable or timely manner."

(23) Although the proposed licensing program currently includes the patents of only the Licensors, it is open to any owner of an "essential" patent willing to license on the program's terms and conditions.(24)
